Friday 27th March - Welcome Dinner & Drinks
Gibbston Valley Golf Course at 6:30 pm
Join us the night before for some relaxed welcome drinks. Totally optional, but it’s a great way to break the ice, swap a few stories, and make sure there are familiar faces on the dance-floor the next day.
Dress code: Smart Casual
Location: Gibbston Valley Golf Club, 135 Toms Creek Road, Gibbston Valley, Queenstown
Transport will be leaving from two locations for this event;
The Buzz Stop, Frankton - The bus will depart at 6:00pm and return at 8:30pm.
Millbrook Resort - The bus will depart from Millbrook Resort outside the reception area at 6:10pm.
You are able to leave cars parked at both The Buzz Stop and Millbrook.Please fill out this form if you require transport from either of these locations.
If you are taking your own transport, please note the turn off for the Golf Club is on the left hand side of the road immediately following the entrance for Gibbston Valley. Follow the driveway all the way to the end.
Saturday 28th March - Wedding Day
NZ High Country at 2:00pm till late
Ceremony start time: 2:30pm
Dress Code: Semi-formal
Parking/Meeting spot:
There is a lot of construction happening on the main road in and out of Queenstown. Allow yourselves extra time to reach the meeting point, better to be early than late!
NZ High Country doesn't allow for parking on site and requires a 4WD to get to the venue. Because of this we have buses that will transport people from a meeting point at a nearby Carpark.
Meet at the Buzzstop, 26 Hansen Rd, Frankton, buses will depart at 2 and 2:15pm (don't be late!). If you are driving to the venue you are able to park at the Buzzstop (and pick it up in the morning if needed)
Buses will begin again at 9:30pm to take people home with the last bus departing at 11:30pm.
After getting off the bus there will be taxis and ubers nearby.
